What do I receive?
You receive a digital STL file of your custom tide keepsake. You can save it, archive it, or 3D print it later.
Is it based on real tide data?
Yes. SeasTheMemory starts with publicly available NOAA coastal tide data tied to your selected shoreline and dates, then turns that information into a keepsake form. It is a creative interpretation of real data, not a scientific measuring instrument.
Do I get to preview it before buying?
Yes. The preview comes first. That way you can see whether the place and dates create something that feels meaningful before you check out.
Do I get the file immediately?
That is the goal of the current launch flow. Once payment confirms, the download becomes available on the success page. Download links are intended to remain available for 30 days after purchase.
Can I 3D print it?
Yes. The digital-file launch offer is designed for exactly that: keep it as a digital artifact, or print it later using your own preferred material and process.
What if my preview does not generate cleanly?
If a preview cannot be generated for a given shoreline or date range, the site should say so clearly instead of spinning forever. If something still feels wrong, use the contact page and include your shoreline, dates, and order email if you already checked out.
Are physical versions available now?
Not yet as part of the soft launch. Resin and aluminum editions are visible because they are part of the direction of the product, but the current live purchase path is the digital file.
